Hey, I'm Mindy! I'm a licensed therapist who's passionate about helping women heal from childhood trauma, stand in their truth, and learn to treat themselves more compassionately.
I support anxious, highly sensitive women who want to heal from childhood wounds and a harsh inner critic to reclaim a secure sense of self and remember their worth.
Childhood wounds can often show up as people-pleasing, addictions, perfectionism, and pervasive difficulty in intimate relationships.
Sessions with me are a blend of real, relatable talk, a lot of compassion, and touch of humor. I try to bring as much as myself into sessions while maintaining professional ethics. (No blank slate therapist here!) This is space for you show up fully as yourself. It's all welcome here!
